all infectious diseases (scarlet fever, chicken pox, etc.) must be reported immediately. On return to the day care center must a medical certificate must be submitted. Please see the info sheet you get in receiving us.
Should the administration of a drug may be necessary, must of the parents the appropriate form (the form you receive from us) filled and a copy of the prescription can be attached. All vaccinations must be obtained on entry into the day-care center noted by the parent or guardian and be completed in the course of time day-care center if necessary.
